Propagation Courses:
Andy grew up on a commercial nursery, producing salad crops and cut flowers. After college his career began in plant breeding, for an old English seed company, then moving on to work for the leading UK seed producer helping and advising commercial growers and councils on improving their plant production and quality of results. Plant propagation is one of the most satisfying jobs on the nursery, we produce 95% of our products on site with less than perfect conditions, battling the changing weather patterns all year round. Plant care and propagation helps preserve your favourite varieties, produce more, ensure continued display, fill in gaps, but above all else it is VERY satisfying to see the fruits of your labours. So, whether you want to save money and produce more or get more from home grown food, this course will help. Talking to gardening groups has shown us that simple tips and advice can make a substantial difference to your results.
